KANSAS CITY, Kan. – Giovani dos Santos will start the LA Galaxy’s clash with Sporting Kansas City on the bench.
The 27-year-old Mexican international was not included in Bruce Arena’s starting XI for Sunday due to hip flexor tightness. Dos Santos suffered the knock in training in the build-up to the match against Sporting KC.
Dos Santos leads the Galaxy ins coring with 14 goals and 11 assists this season.
