LA Galaxy II fell 3-2 in a preseason scrimmage against Real Monarchs SLC at StubHub Center on Saturday afternoon.

within one after a successfully converted penalty kick in the 70th minute. But unable to breakthrough in the final 20 minutes, LA Galaxy II's comeback effort fell short.
Yesterday, LA Galaxy II announced the signings of three new players:
Miguel Aguilar,
Jean Engola and Andre Zanga.
