The 2019 LA Galaxy Special Olympics Southern California unified season came to a close on Sunday, September 29th, culminating with the opportunity to meet LA Galaxy players on the field following their season finale match and receive a game-worn jersey.
Prior to receiving the jerseys, the Unified team enjoyed a meal and each other’s company at their End of Year Party where Assistant Coach Dominic Kinnear welcomed the players and families with a heartfelt speech. During the party, LA Galaxy SOSC Unified coaches held an awards ceremony where athletes received certificates for their accomplishments throughout the season including Goal of the Year and Most Valuable Player
