Carletta is the Employee Health Coordinator at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, CA. Carletta has been part of Dignity Health’s family since 2010 when she joined the employee health department. She manages the day-to-day operations of the department and keeps all processes on track and organized to ensure proper internal employee health.
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Carletta rose to the challenge and worked extended hours to understand new health policies and procedures. She then implemented the best COVID precautions and vaccination requirements to keep all St. Mary employees safe and available to serve the local community.
