CARSON, Calif. – LA Galaxy II forward Efrain Alvarez has been named USL Player of the Week after his hat-trick against Saint Louis FC.
The Galaxy Homegrown Player became the youngest player in USL history to notch a hat-trick in the team’s 6-3 win over their Western Conference rival. Alvarez’s most sublime hit came in the 47th minute when he maneuvered around two defenders before curling in a beautiful shot into the far post.
Alvarez has four goals this season in four appearances this year.
