What is the stadium capacity for LA Galaxy home games?

Dignity Health Sports Park returned to hosting full-capacity crowds beginning June 19 vs. Seattle Sounders FC.

What if I don’t feel safe coming to games yet?

Please contact us if you do not plan to come to games this season, but would like to remain in good standing.

What happens if I am unable to attend every game this season?

Beginning with the June 19 game, if you are unable to attend a game, Season Ticket Members can use their ticket exchange benefit. This year, Season Ticket Members can exchange out of one game. The LAFC game on October 3 and the November 7 game vs. Minnesota United FC are blacked out from exchanges.

Will I have the option to roll over my season tickets into 2022?

Season Ticket Members should contact their service executive to explore ways to use their Account Credit for the 2021 season and beyond.

Is there a member discount for parking at Dignity Health Sports Park?

Membership parking rates continue to be offered for the GOLD lots.

Will I receive a Season Ticket Commemorative Box or other items as in past seasons?

This season, we do not plan to send out a commemorative box with tickets. However, we plan on mailing items throughout the season. Ensure we have your current address by logging in here and updating your contact information.

Are there membership cards or printed tickets this season?

There are no membership cards or printed tickets this season. We’re aiming to minimize contact where possible.

Am I able to get tickets for all games that I want to attend in 2021, even all 2021 home games if I’d like to?

Home games through May 2021: Each Season Ticket Member received priority access to LA Galaxy games. Due to limited capacity, we were unable to guarantee seats for every Season Ticket Member.

June 19, 2021 and later home games: Season Ticket Memberships are being reinstated for June 19 and later home games, meaning that seats are guaranteed for all Season Ticket Members in good standing as long as we can host guests at full venue capacity.

What type of benefits can we expect throughout the season if we are unable to attend all the games?

All Season Ticket Members receive discounts at the Team LA Store and the MLS Store. Check your Season Ticket Member Bulletin or ask your service representative for your discount code. In addition, members can expect LA Galaxy items in the mail. Stay tuned to your Bulletins for virtual events, special discounts and more.

Are payment plans available for the 2021 season?

Yes. If you originally elected to pay for your season tickets on a monthly payment plan your remaining License Fee payments were automatically set up over three months: June 15, July 15 and August 15. If you originally elected to pay your season tickets in full, the remaining License Fee will be charged on June 15. Contact us if you would like to discuss payment options.

We hope to be able to welcome you to in-person Season Ticket Member events this year; please stay tuned for any announcements.

What is the stadium capacity for LA Galaxy home games?

On May 21 the LA Galaxy announced that Dignity Health Sports Park will return to hosting full-capacity crowds beginning Saturday, June 19 vs. Seattle Sounders FC.

Is tailgating allowed on game day?

Tailgating is allowed at Dignity Health Sports Park only in parking lots 10, 11, 12, and 13. Lots open three (3) hours prior to kick-off. When entering the parking lot, it is important to follow directions from parking personnel. Please note that there are no “in and out” privileges for vehicles.

Are concessions stands open inside the stadium?

Concession stands are open at Dignity Health Sports Park. In addition to walk-up purchasing fans are be able to order concessions through the LA Galaxy App and have them ready for pick-up at designated concession stands.

Are LA Galaxy Team Stores open at the stadium?

The LA Galaxy Team Stores inside the stadium located near the Northeast Entrance and on the South end of the stadium will be open on gameday. Season Ticket Members can apply their discount at checkout by scanning the QR code at the entrance of the LA Galaxy Team Stores and logging in with the primary email address on their account. The discount barcode will then appear and can be added to a phone's digital wallet

Is cash accepted for food and beverage or merchandise at games?

In order to minimize contact as much as possible, Dignity Health Sports Park has provided reverse ATMs to convert cash to prepaid cards. The prepaid cards can be used at other businesses as well, just as you would use prepaid debit cards. Reverse ATMs are located in Legends Plaza outside of the stadium and on the East and West concourses inside the stadium

Are vaccinations required to attend games?

Vaccinations are not required to attend LA Galaxy events at this time.

Is a negative COVID-19 test result required to attend games?

COVID-19 tests are currently not required to attend an LA Galaxy game.

Do I have to wear a mask while inside the stadium?

Per the modified Los Angeles County Health Officer Order, universal masking is required at outdoor mega events regardless of COVID-19 vaccination status. Masks are required to be worn by everyone at all times except when actively eating or drinking at these events.

Are there temperature screenings at the gates?

A temperature screening is not required to attend LA Galaxy games. However, you may be required to answer screening questions before entry.

Am I able to swipe my credit card/driver’s license for entry into the stadium?

Entry to the stadium (parking or tickets) is permitted only via scanning the LA Galaxy App or AXS App. Swiping a credit card or driver license is no longer a valid form of entry.
