The LA Galaxy Foundation concluded the LA Galaxy Community Clinic Series at Normandale Recreation Center on Friday, October 18.
GRYD Foundation believes that every youth should the resources, opportunities and systems to grow up to lead healthy, fulfilling life in their community. Youth ages 7 to 14 were invited to participate in a 90-minute soccer clinic facilitated by LA Galaxy camps & clinics coaches.
The soccer clinic kicked off with all youth in attendance receiving LA Galaxy t-shirts. The youth then rotated between three stations where they practiced their shooting, scrimmaging, and dribbling skills. For continued soccer programming at Normandale Recreational Center the LA Galaxy donated 10 Shasta soccer balls to GRYD Foundation.
Throughout the 2020 LA Galaxy MLS soccer season, the LA Galaxy Community Clinic Series will continue to provide youth with the opportunity to participate in soccer programming in the Los Angeles community.
