As the security shift lead officer, Gilberto coordinates the security and safety of the hospital at St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA. His responsibility requires him to train new security hires and communicate safety plans with local law enforcement. He has been extremely reliable for the hospital and leads his department by setting a great example in all situations. He treats every individual with respect and courtesy whether they are staff, a patient, or visitor.
Gilberto is responsible for coordinating one of the busiest shifts at the hospital â the 2nd shift â which typically has the most volatile situations throughout the day/night. Yet, with Gilberto as shift lead, the safety and security of the hospital, its staff, and its patients are always in good hands.
