Customize Your High Protein Nice Cream

  • Experiment with different flavors of protein powders (vanilla, chocolate, etc.), different flavors of Greek yogurt, and/or different fruits or combinations of fruits.
  • Try mixing in some nuts and seeds for added protein, fiber, and beneficial fats
  • Add in a couple tablespoons of matcha powder for a caffeine kick to enjoy in the morning
  • Blend in some peanut butter or other nut butter (or nut butter powder) for extra flavor
  • Add in a teaspoon or two of sugar-free pudding mix for some extra thickness
  • Be creative with toppings and mix-ins! Think of your favorite ice cream flavors and try to replicate them with more wholesome ingredients
