LOS ANGELES (Friday, March 28, 2025) – Ventura County FC midfielder Vicente "Vinny" Garcia has been called into the U.S. Under-15 Boys' National Team for a training camp from March 30-April 6 in West Palm Beach, Fla.
Garcia, 14, has tallied one assist in three matches played (1 start) across all competitions for Ventura County FC during the 2025 campaign. Garcia recorded an assist in VCFC's 7-0 win over Laguna United in the First Round of the 2025 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on March 18. Notably, the West Covina, Calif., native is the sixth youngest player (14 years, 8 months, 11 days) in MLS NEXT Pro history to appear in a match after doing so against Tacoma Defiance on March 7, 2025.
