Match Report: LA Galaxy defeat Colorado Rapids 4-1 at home 

The LA Galaxy climb back into playoff position and earn a 4-1 victory over the Colorado Rapids at Dignity Health Sports Park on Saturday night.

GastĆ³n Brugman started off a flurry of scoring after making a beautiful run to score his first goal for the Galaxy in the 22'. Shortly after, Raheem Edwards dribbled down the sideline and took it all the way to goal to score his own in the 28'. JuliĆ”n Araujo fed the ball to Javier "Chicharito" HernĆ”ndez who converted it for a back heel goal to give the Galaxy a 3-0 lead at halftime.

Brugman was not finished for the night, as he scored a 22-yard rocket from outside the box to put the Galaxy up 4-0. Sam Nicholson got one back for the Colorado Rapids at 90+1', but ultimately the match would end 4-1 in the LA Galaxy's favor. Riqui Puig recorded 3 assists on the night.
