LOS ANGELES (Friday, Sept. 16, 2022) – LA Galaxy defenders Jalen Neal and Marcus Ferkranus,the latter of whom is on loan with USL Championship side Phoenix Rising FC, were called up by the United States U-20 Men’s Youth National Team for the 2022 Revelations Cup in Mexico City, Mexico for matches against Peru, Mexico and Paraguay. Additionally, LA Galaxy Academy forward Paulo Rudisill, 16, was called up by the U.S. U-17 Men’s Youth National Team for the upcoming Vaclav Jezek Tournament in Zlin, Czech Republic from Sept. 16 – 26.
Neal, 19, has made 20 appearances (19 starts) for LA Galaxy II during the 2022 USL Championship campaign. Ferkranus, 19, made seven appearances (4 starts) for Los Dos, before playing seven games (4 starts) on loan with Phoenix in the USL Championship this year.
