LA Galaxy Foundation and Dignity Health Sports Park ASCSC Community Foundation hosted the 16th Annual Foundations’ Feast at Dignity Health Sports Park’s American Express Stadium Club. As part of the event, staff from the LA Galaxy, Dignity Health Sports Park and the XFL Los Angeles Wildcats assisted in providing a Thanksgiving meal to 250 local children and families in need.
At this annual event, families were served a complete Thanksgiving meal with turkey, stuffing and all the trimmings in addition to arts and crafts, activities and gift bags. The Foundations hosted families from Children’s Institute, Los Angeles Child and Family Services, The Salvation Army Red Shield, Koinonia Family Services, El Nido Family Services, New Image Emergency Shelter, Gage Middle School and Elizabeth Learning Center.
The ASCSC Community Foundation provides financial and in-kind support for educational, recreational and social service programs to young people in the Greater Southern California region, specifically surrounding Dignity Health Sports Park.
