LA Galaxy II vs. OKC Energy FC
Earlier this season, Los Dos nearly found a result against OKC Energy FC on the road, but a late goal in the 90th minute by OKC Energy’s leading goal-scorer, Christian Volesky, led to a heartbreaking defeat for the Galaxy.
LA Galaxy II will then travel to Nevada to face Reno 1868 FC at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 15 at Greater Nevada Field. In their only meeting of the 2018 season, Los Dos lost 4-1 to Reno 1868 FC at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium.
Over the weekend, Galaxy II picked up another win on the road with a 2-1 victory over Las Vegas Lights FC. Ariel Lassiter and Efrain Alvarez both tallied goals for Los Dos. LA Galaxy II have won back-to-back games and will look to add a third on Wednesday to their growing win streak.
