2017 USL Regular Season: LA Galaxy II vs. Portland Timbers 2
Los Dos see Timbers 2 for the first time in Los Angeles this season, their first meeting since a thriller in Portland on July 9. The Galaxy escaped with a 4-3 win in that match, as Adrian Vera knotched a brace in four minutes of play and Justin Dhillon added another in the second half to capitalize on Tyler Turner’s first half penalty take.
During Saturday’s contest, Galaxy II will host Fan Appreciation Night at StubHub Center, to be preceded by LA Galaxy Share Plates Celebration. The Celebration, benefitting local, hunger-fighting non-profit L.A.
