LA Galaxy II will host its second annual Pups at the Pitch on Saturday, Aug. 5 at StubHub Center Track & Field Stadium. As part of the special promotional night, all fans in attendance will be permitted to bring their dogs into the stadium, allowed to watch Los Dos take on Didier Drogba, Omar Bravo and Phoenix Rising FC. All dogs get in free, with LA Galaxy II accepting donations to benefit spcaLA, a local, nonprofit animal welfare organization.

The first 1,000 fans out to the match will receive an LA Galaxy x Los Dos dog bandana, perfect for both people and pooches alike. All fans that bring a dog are guaranteed to receive the promotional giveaway.
As part of the #PupsAtThePitch Photo Contest, fans are encouraged to post a photo this week with their furry friends and use the hashtag #PupsAtThePitch. One lucky fan will be selected on Friday to win four (4) free tickets to the match.
Pups at the Pitch will be complimented with a Best in Show dog competition at halftime, judged by the fans. A #PupsAtThePitch photo booth will also be set-up before and during the game, for all dog owners to snap a picture with their pooch to commemorate the special evening. Be sure to hashtag #PupsAtThePitch for the chance to win various prizes throughout the event.
And just because, the famed Los Angeles pig Hamlet will be in attendance as will these super big and super cute Instagram famous Newfoundlands.
As is custom at every Galaxy II home match, fans enjoy free parking, $2 tacos and $2 beer offering. And thanks to the Papa John’s Score II promotion, if LA Galaxy II score two goals all fans will go home with a free pizza voucher.

Fans bringing dogs to the match will be required to sign a waiver ahead of entry. Dog-specific areas will be set up on the North and East sides of the stadium, complete with designated relief zones and hydration stations. Fans bringing dogs will be allowed to enter through the Southeast gate. All dogs must be leashed inside the stadium.
