Sunday’s Galaxy II home match will feature $2 beer, free parking for all fans and free entrance for fans ages 12 and under with select LA Galaxy Season Ticket Members having season tickets to Galaxy II home matches.
Los Dos seek to win fourth-consecutive match Wednesday. After earning their first win of the season two weeks ago over Austin Aztex, Galaxy II defeated Vancouver Whitecaps FC 2 on May 3 at home behind a late goal from forward Ariel Lassiter, who now leads the team with three goals on the season. Midfielder Raul Mendiola recorded the game-winning assist and continues to lead USL with five assists overall on the year.
Under the direction of head coach David Irving, 2015 expansion side Tulsa Roughnecks have started off their first season earning five points in six matches, recording a 1-3-2 record. The team is led in goals by Gibson Bardsley, who has scored twice in six appearances.
Wednesday’s match will mark the first of two matches between Los Dos and Roughnecks FC this season, with the second taking place Saturday, June 27 5:30 p.m. PT on the road ONEOK Field.
