Panama Men's National Team interim head coach Julio Daly Valdés has called up LA Galaxy II midfielder Ernesto Walker for an international friendly against Brazil on Saturday, March 23 at FC Porto's Dragão Stadium in Porto, Portugal.
Walker was called up to the Panama MNT earlier this year to play against the U.S. Men’s National Team in an international friendly on Jan. 27, 2019 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz.
In his career, Walker has featured for the Panama U-20 National Team on six occasions, recording four starts and two goals to date. Both goals came against the Mexico U-20 National Team during the qualification round of the Concacaf U-20 Championship.
Walker and LA Galaxy II will kick off the 2019 USL Regular Season on Saturday, March 9 against Colorado Springs Switchbacks at Dignity Health Sports Park Track & Field Stadium. Tickets to the 2019 Home Opener are on sale now.
