LA Galaxy II will face off against local side UC Irvine this weekend as just two weeks remain until the team’s 2018 season opener.
Last weekend, the team defeated Orange County SC 3-0, with goals from LA Galaxy Academy’s Ulysses Llanez and new Los Dos signing Geoffrey Acheampong contributing to the final score line. Acheampong, 21, was signed to LA Galaxy II last week.
LA Galaxy II are set to open the 2018 season on Saturday, March 17 against Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC at Weidner Field in Colorado Springs, Co. Los Dos will host their 2018 Home Opener on Saturday, March 31 at StubHub Center. Tickets to that match are available for purchase here.
