LA Galaxy Cheesecake Cup Recipe

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups light whipped topping
  • 3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup light/reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 8 scoops Herbalife24® Enhanced Protein Powder
  • 1 graham cracker sheet, crushed
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries and blueberries

Method:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together whipped topping, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, & protein powder.
  2. In the bottom of 8 cups/small bowls, sprinkle a thin layer of graham cracker dust, then divide the cheesecake mixture into each of the 8 cups/bowls.
  3. Top each cheesecake cup with the chopped strawberries & blueberries, and any remaining crushed graham crackers.
  4. Share this recipe with friends or a teammate. Enjoy!

Customize Your Protein Cheesecake Cups

  • Add cocoa powder to make a chocolate cheesecake cup
