- Mark Delgado makes his sixth start of the 2023 campaign for the Galaxy in the match against Houston. Delgado has tallied two goals and four assists in 38 matches played (37 starts) across all competitions for the Galaxy.
- Making his fifth start of the season for the Galaxy is Memo Rodríguez, who recorded 17 goals and 14 assists in 141 regular-season games played (85 starts) for Houston Dynamo FC (2015-22)
