LOS ANGELES (Monday, Oct. 21, 2019) – The LA Galaxy will face LAFC this week at Banc of California Stadium in the MLS Western Conference Semifinals of the Audi 2019 MLS Cup Playoffs. The game takes place on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 7:30 p.m. PT and will be broadcast live on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.
The LA Galaxy earned a 2-1 win over Minnesota United on the road Sunday evening at Allianz Field in Round One of the MLS Cup Playoffs. Second-half goals from Sebastian Lletget and Jonathan dos Santos ensured that the Galaxy were the only team in Round One to earn a win on the road.
In 24 seasons, this is the 19th time in club history that the LA Galaxy takes part in postseason play. In all, the club holds a 45-22-7 playoff record with an MLS-best five MLS Cup victories. Their 45 playoff wins are the most of any team in MLS.
