Former LA Galaxy central defender Leonardo was selected by the Houston Dynamo in Stage Two of the MLS Re-Entry Draft on Thursday.
Leonardo spent the last seven years with the LA Galaxy, winning three MLS Cups, and making 85 career regular season appearances for the club. The 28-year-old defender was also named the Galaxy's 2015 Defender of the Year.
