In the final regular season match of the USL Championship Season, LA Galaxy II will travel for a match against Phoenix Rising FC on the road at Casino Arizona Field.
On Wednesday, LA Galaxy II clinched a berth in the 2020 USL Championship Playoffs with a 3-1 win over Orange County SC behind a two-goal performance from Augustine Williams, whose 12 goals are the second most in USL Championship this season.
This marks the second-consecutive season Los Dos will compete in postseason play under the guidance of Head Coach Junior Gonzalez.
LA Galaxy II are 5-12-2 all time vs. Phoenix Rising. Most recently, they suffered a 4-1 defeat at home on Aug. 19.
They are now 8-5-2 with 26 points during the 2020 season (4-3-1 at home and 4-2-1 on the road).
Head Coach Junior Gonzalez now holds an 15-10-6 record throughout his head coaching tenure with LA Galaxy II.
