LA Galaxy II are on the road for the first time this season as they travel to Utah to take on Real Monarchs this Friday, May 14 at 6 p.m. PT at Zions Bank Stadium in Herriman, Utah live on ESPN+.

They are coming off a 1-1 draw at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday behind a goal from Jorge Hernandez, his second-consecutive game notching a free kick goal. Head Coach Junior Gonzalez holds an 15-12-7 record throughout his head coaching tenure with LA Galaxy II and has led the team to two-consecutive playoff appearances. In the seven years of USL Championship competition, Los Dos have qualified for playoffs five times, in addition to a USL Western Conference Championship in 2015.
United Soccer League will feature 31 teams set to play 496 regular season contests over 28 weeks ahead of the 2021 USL Championship Playoffs that begin in November. The opening weekend begins a 32-game regular season for every club in the league that will see each team in both the Eastern and Western Conferences play its division opponents four times – twice home, twice away.
