LA Galaxy II will face Reno 1868 FC in their first match of the 2020 USL Championship Playoffs on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 6 p.m. PT at Greater Nevada Field in Reno live on ESPN+.
Los Dos finished the regular season 8-6-2 with 26 points (4-3-1 at home and 4-3-1 on the road), earning them second place in Group B standings and clinching a berth in the USL Championship Playoffs for the second-straight season.
Should LA Galaxy II win against Reno 1868 FC, the club will face the winner of the Phoenix Rising FC-Sacramento Republic match set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m. PT. Forward Augustine Williams notched 13 goals for LA Galaxy II this year, the second most of any player in USL Championship.
Head Coach Junior Gonzalez now holds an 15-11-6 record throughout his head coaching tenure with LA Galaxy II and has led the team to two-consecutive playoff appearances.
Saturday's contest marks the first between LA Galaxy II and Reno.
