“I’m really proud of the group and I’m really proud of the commitment. We put ourselves in the right position to win this game. I’m obviously disappointed with the result and how it turned out, because obviously the majority of the chances were from our side. We did enough to win this game tonight so it’s disappointing we got a tie.”
On Ulysses Llanez’s performance
"Ulysses is super talented young Academy player who has come through the system. We have high hopes for him with this club. He’s fearless in terms of taking on defenders. He showed that tonight. He scored a great goal.”
On what he wants to see in Los Dos’ next outing:
"Red Bulls were the leading goal scoring team in USL and we limited the amount of chances that they had. We got a little bit opened towards the end of the game. So continuing to be tough to play against defensively, getting that first goal – which we executed tonight – and now, just taking advantage of those three of four last chances to kill this game off. That’s the last component.
