Prior to this Will was the Chief Creative Officer and Chief Content Officer for the NFL team, Washington Commanders. Will was the first-ever Chief Creative Officer for an NFL team.
Here Will oversaw and lead the most successful team rebrand ever in NFL history. With over 87.3B+ impressions/reach and the launch content alone garnering over 65 million views globally. At the Commanders, Will built and ran a first-of-its-kind Branded Entertainment Studio in the NFL, called Washington Branded. Washington Branded is a robust studio, comprised of content creators, designers, producers, marketing, innovation, and social media specialists. Creating the best, most socially and culturally relevant content across all formats for all audiences.
With 20+ years of experience he has worked for Wieden & Kennedy, Saatchi & Saatchi, BBH New York, SVP Director of Global Creative Content Development for retail giant Coach in New York Head of Creative Content and Branded Entertainment for Condé Nast Group (Condé Nast Entertainment & 23 Stories), and was previously the Global Head of Creative for Wall Street Journal, Barrons Group.
