CARSON, Calif. (Friday, December 14, 2012) – The MLS Cup champion LA Galaxy announced today that they are inviting fans into the club’s locker room on Tuesday, Dec. 18 to get their photo taken with the 2011 and 2012 MLS Cup trophies. In exchange for a $10 donation to the LA Galaxy Foundation or 10 non-perishable food items which will be donated to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, fans can enter the locker room of the back-to-back champions from 2-6 p.m. to get a professional photo taken with both of the Philip F. Anschutz trophies.
Fans that wish to come to The Home Depot Center to get their photo taken with the Cup, can park for free in Lot 10 of the stadium. Photos will be uploaded to a website for easy download at no cost, with instructions on how to download the photo being provided on-site. Fans are allowed to bring their own personal cameras or mobile phone as well.
Once fans have parked, they will be asked to check-in at the LA Galaxy Foundation tent, which will be located in front of the Southwest Entrance to the stadium. After they check-in, fans will be escorted down to the locker room to have their photo taken with the trophies.
