Steven Gerrard is no stranger to a beautiful goal.
The veteran midfielder found the back of the net in the Galaxy’s 5-2 win over Real Salt Lake with a remarkable individual effort in the final moments of the Galaxy’s victory. With an Ashley Cole cross deflected onto his path, Gerrard faked out a pair of defenders before marching toward goal and beating Nick Rimando with a classy finish.
To celebrate his goal, Gerrard smacked Galaxy club photographer Robert Mora’s camera in an iconic photo.
