CARSON, Calif. (Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015) – The LA Galaxy advise fans to arrive as early as possible for Sunday’s MLS Regular Season contest against New York City FC, with kickoff scheduled for noon PT. The match is sold out and a capacity crowd is expected.
Due to expected heavy traffic and congested streets for the sold-out competition, all fans that do not arrive by at least 11 a.m. PT risk missing the start of the match. With a capacity crowd Sunday for the noon fixture, fans are also encouraged to carpool to StubHub Center for the match.
While spaces are available, fans are able to tailgate in select StubHub Center lots before the match, starting at 8:00 a.m. PT through Gates A and D. All other parking gates will open at 9 a.m. PT.
Sunday will also feature a doubleheader with LA Galaxy and LA Galaxy II. All fans with tickets to the MLS match between LA Galaxy and New York City FC (12 p.m. PT) will have access to the USL match between LA Galaxy II and Seattle Sounders FC 2 (3 p.m. PT) at StubHub Center. Fans that only have tickets to the LA Galaxy II-Seattle Sounders FC 2 USL match will not have access to the MLS match between LA and New York.
