LOS ANGELES – LA Galaxy defender Rolf Feltscher has undergone successful pectoralis major tendon repair to his right shoulder at the Kerlan-Jobe Institute at Cedars-Sinai in Santa Monica, the club announced today. Feltscher is expected to miss four months.
Feltscher, 27, is a Venezuelan international who has played professionally in Germany, Italy and Spain during his career. Prior to his injury, suffered during training last week, he made seven appearances and seven starts during the start of the 2018 MLS Regular Season.
The Galaxy return to MLS action this Saturday, May 5 at 5:30 p.m. PT live on Spectrum SportsNet and Spectrum Deportes.
