LOS ANGELES (Monday, Jan. 7, 2019) – The LA Galaxy announced their 2019 MLS Regular Season schedule today. The LA Galaxy will kick off the 2019 MLS season, their 24th season in MLS, when they host Chicago Fire on Saturday, March 2 at 5 p.m. PT. Tickets to that match are on sale now, available here.

Single-game tickets for Galaxy home games at Dignity Health Sports Park will go on sale via an American Express presale beginning Wednesday, Jan. 16. Single-game tickets to Galaxy home games are scheduled to go on sale to the general public beginning Thursday, Jan. 17 on www.lagalaxy.com/tickets.
Of the Galaxy’s 34 MLS Regular Season games, 15 will be broadcast live to a national audience. FS1 will broadcast five Galaxy games, UniMás and ESPN will each air three games, ESPN2 will air two games and FOX and Univision will each air one game during the 2019 season. Of the Galaxy’s 15 nationally televised contests, seven of them will take place in Los Angeles at Dignity Health Sports Park.
The club’s annual Fourth of July game will feature a contest against Toronto FC at Dignity Health Sports Park, marking the 24th consecutive season that the Galaxy will host a game on Independence Day, the longest such stretch in American professional sports.
The 2019 MLS season will see the advent of the new fixed-bracket, single-elimination playoff format with the higher seed hosting every match, which significantly increases the importance of the regular season. In the 2019 season, each club plays 34 games (17 home and 17 away), facing conference opponents twice, and playing each non-conference opponent once.
