CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, July 31, 2014) –
The LA Galaxy continued their commemorative match day poster series by unveiling the artwork for the LA Galaxy – Portland Timbers match this Saturday, Aug. 2 at 11:30 a.m. PT on NBC, specially designed by Galaxy defender Dan Gargan.
The poster celebrates the rivalry between the Galaxy and Timbers and features Galaxy Head Coach Bruce Arena. Gargan is the first Galaxy player to design the artwork for the commemorative match poster series.
A limited run of the posters will be available for purchase Saturday’s match at StubHub Center. You will be able to pre-purchase the posters by heading to www.Auctions.LAGalaxy.com.
All of the proceeds from poster sales will go to the LA Galaxy Foundation. All previous commemorative match posters for the 2014 season are also available for purchase at www.Auctions.LAGalaxy.com.
