The Cayman Airways U-15 Invitational Youth Football Cup announced that the LA Galaxy Academy’s U-14 squad has been invited to participate in its prestigious annual tournament.
12 teams are set to participate in the tournament, including the academies of five MLS clubs. Galaxy Academy will represent MLS along Houston Dynamo, D.C. United, Seattle Sounders and Orlando City SC. International academy clubs also set to participate in the tournament are Manchester City (England), Cavalier F.C. (Jamaica), St. George’s College (Jamaica), Club Deportivo Victoria (Honduras), IMG Academy (Fla.), and the Cayman Islands and Cuban national teams.

The Chicago Fire Academy U-14 team took home the Cayman Airways Invitational Youth Cup in 2015 with a 1-0 win over IMG Academy (Fla.).
The tournament will take place on Grand Cayman Island from May 10-15.
