CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, Jan. 29, 2015) – LA Galaxy II will hold their annual Open Tryouts this Saturday, Jan. 31 and Sunday, Feb. 1 in hopes of finding professional players to add to their roster for the upcoming 2015 USL PRO season. To accommodate high demand, Galaxy II will also hold additional tryout dates at StubHub Center Saturday, Feb. 21 and Sunday, Feb. 22.
Over 500 participants are registered for this weekend’s Galaxy II Open Tryouts, with players from 23 separate countries scheduled to attend: United States, France, Brazil, Italy, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Moldova, Spain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Netherlands, Ireland, Romania.
LA Galaxy II Head Coach Curt Onalfo, Galaxy Technical Director Jovan Kirovski and Galaxy II Assistant Coach Rob Becerra will all be on hand to evaluate players, among other Galaxy officials.

FORMAT:
Each player is guaranteed two (2) sixty (60) minute full-field matches, one match per day. A minimum of two (2) participants will be invited for trial with LA Galaxy II following the tryouts.
Players must come prepared for the tryouts with their own cleats, socks, gloves, shin guards or any other equipment related to their position.
The second LA Galaxy II Open Tryouts will start at 8 a.m. PT on Saturday, Feb. 21 and 8 a.m. PT on Sunday, Feb. 22 and run until 9 p.m. each day. Exact schedule and game times for each participant will be sent out prior to the start date. To register, visit www.lagalaxy.com/tryouts
