Before he joined the Galaxy ahead of the start of the 2012 season, Marcelo Sarvas spent a year in Costa Rica, playing for Alajuelense. Sarvas may have only been in San Jose for a year, but it was more than enough time for the Brazilian midfielder to become a local legend and have his choice of many of the city's best restaurants. On Tuesday night, Sarvas took LA Galaxy Insider Adam Serrano and a crew from Time Warner Cable Deportes to one such spot where the Insider ate entirely too much pig.
