(Monday, June 1, 2015) – The LA Galaxy will train this week ahead of a matchup against Vancouver Whitecaps FC at StubHub Center this Saturday, June 6 at 7:30 p.m. PT live on Time Warner Cable SportsNet and Time Warner Cable Deportes. Galaxy II will travel to face Southern California rivals Orange County Blues FC Saturday, June 6 at 7:30 p.m. PT.

The Galaxy (5-4-6, 21 points) are 8-2-2 all-time against Vancouver Whitecaps FC (7-5-2, 23 points), scoring 23 goals in the 12 games played head to head. The Galaxy have dominated Vancouver at home, going 6-0-0 while scoring 13 goals and allowing just one. Saturday marks the second match of the season that the Galaxy will face Vancouver, falling 2-0 in April at BC Place.
The LA Galaxy enter Saturday’s match on a 29-game unbeaten streak in all competitions at StubHub Center. During the streak at StubHub Center (including 2014 MLS Cup Playoff matches, away matches against Chivas on April 6, 2014 & August 31, 2014 and a CONCACAF Champions League match on March 12, 2014), the Galaxy have outscored opponents 65 to 18 for a +47 goal differential. The Galaxy’s 23-game home MLS Regular Season unbeaten streak (17-0-6) at StubHub Center is the longest in club history and the third-longest in Major League Soccer history.
The Galaxy earned a draw Sunday evening at Gillette Stadium against the New England Revolution behind goals from rookie Ignacio Maganto – his first career MLS goal – and Homegrown Player Gyasi Zardes, who tallied for the third time this season.
The Galaxy will be without Zardes, who was named to a 22-player roster by U.S. Men’s National Team head coach Jurgen Klinsmann for friendlies in Europe against Netherlands on June 5 in Amsterdam (11:30 a.m. PT - ESPN, WatchESPN, UniMas, UDN) and Germany on June 10 in Cologne (11:45 a.m. PT – Fox Sports 1, UniMas, UDN).
