The LA Galaxy’s 20 for Twenty program continued today with a Heal the Bay Beach Clean-Up Day at Redondo Beach.
LA Galaxy players A.J. DeLaGarza, Alan Gordon, Gyasi Zardes, Todd Dunivant, Tommy Meyer, Baggio Husidic, Rafa Garcia, assistant coach Pat Noonan, the Galaxy Star Squad and Galaxy and StubHub Center front office staff all volunteered during the clean-up.

Whole Foods Market Torrance provided water and snacks and Gyasi Zardes donated lunch from Chipotle.
20 for Twenty is a year-long initiative that will see the implementation of 20 unique community service acts to celebrate the Galaxy’s 20th season in Major League Soccer. The Galaxy Foundation has previously hosted a Build Day with Habitat of Humanity of Greater Los Angeles, participated in Read Across America and visited partners CHLA.
Heal the Bay is a nonprofit environmental organization making Southern California coastal waters and watersheds, including Santa Monica Bay, safe, healthy and clean. They use science, education, community action and advocacy to pursue their mission.
