CARSON, Calif. (Thursday, May 7, 2015) – The LA Galaxy third Annual LA Galaxy 5k and Cozmo Family Fun Run presented by Herbalife will take place on Sunday June 7 at StubHub Center beginning at 9 a.m. PT. Registration is open now and will close on June 1. To register, visit www.lagalaxy.com/5k.

This year’s LA Galaxy 5k and Cozmo Family Fun Run presented by Herbalife will take place on a new course design at StubHub Center that will see participants finish in the main stadium, with runners able to view themselves on Galaxy TV, the largest video board in Major League Soccer.
Registration is $40 per person. The first 750 participants to register will receive a LA Galaxy race day shirt while the first 750 participants to finish the race on June 7 will receive a medal. The top finishing man and woman will win a Herbalife Road Trip for two and will join Herbalife for the Galaxy’s October 4 road game against Seattle Sounders FC. Each top finishing man and woman will also receive a jersey signed by the team.
The 5k will be attended by various LA Galaxy players and alumni in addition to LA Galaxy mascot Cozmo. Additionally, participants will receive discounted tickets to select LA Galaxy home matches at StubHub Center. Youth ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the Cozmo Family Fun at 10:15 a.m. PT free of charge.
Former Olympic athlete, and personal trainer, and director of worldwide fitness and education for Herbalife Samantha Clayton will be on hand to help participants warm up before the race.
Walk-up registration on the date of the event is $50.

- 8-9 a.m.: Warm-Ups with WW Fitness & Education Instructor Samantha Clayton
- 9:00 a.m.: Race begins
- 10:00 a.m.: Awards Presentation
- 10:15 a.m.: Cozmo Family Fun Run
