CARSON, Calif. – Former LA Galaxy defender Robbie Rogers tied the knot with longtime boyfriend and television producer Greg Berlanti in a private ceremony in Malibu last Saturday.
A few days after the ceremony, Rogers took to Instagram to share his excitement.
“Still recovering from the most emotional beautiful day, exceeding any dream I ever had,” Rogers wrote. “To marry the man I love in front of all of my loved one’s was not something I grew up thinking would ever happen. Thank you to the men and women who made this day possible.”
The couple has one son, Caleb Gene Berlanti, who they welcomed in February 2016 via a surrogate. Rogers retired from professional soccer last month after an 11-year professional career that culminated in four-and-a-half years with the Galaxy.
