CARSON, Calif. -- Alejandro Covarrubias is moving on from LA Galaxy II.
USL side OKC Energy FC announced on Thursday that Covarrubias has signed with the Oklahoma-based club for the 2017 campaign. The move ends three years with Los Dos for the midfielder who spent time with the LA Galaxy Academy before attending Cal-State Dominguez Hills.
Covarrubias made 29 appearances for Galaxy II across all competitions in 2016, scoring once and adding an assist.
