CARSON, Calif. – Mexico went toe-to-toe with Belgium on Friday, playing the top-notch European squad to a 3-3 draw at the King Baudouin Stadium in Brussels.
Giovani dos Santos made a 31-minute second half cameo while Jonathan dos Santos entered the match in the final minutes.
Hirving Lozano tallied a second-half brace for El Tri after Andres Guardado opened the scoring with a penalty kick goal in the opening 45 minutes. For the hosts, Romelu Lukaku notched a pair of goals, with Eden Hazard rounding out the scoring.
Mexico returns to action on Monday when they face off against Poland in their final match of 2017.
