CARSON, Calif. – Giovani dos Santos will miss out on Mexico’s friendly against Poland due to a muscle injury.
Dos Santos went 31 minutes in Mexico’s thrilling 3-3 draw with Belgium, but per head coach Juan Carlos Osorio will not be available for selection against Poland.
“He’s got a small muscle complaint,” Osorio said. “We want to protect him so unfortunately, he won’t play.”
Jonathan dos Santos, who played in the latter stages of the match in Brussels, is available for selection.
