CARSON, Calif. – Giovani dos Santos is unlikely to play in Saturday’s California Clásico against the San Jose Earthquakes.
Galaxy head coach Bruce Arena refused to rule the Mexican international out for the match, but stated that it was “unlikely” that he’ll suit up for the rivalry match. Arena said there is a possibility, quoting one of this favorite movies, “Dumb and Dumber” that there is a “one in a million” chance that Dos Santos plays against the Earthquakes.
Dos Santos missed out on the Galaxy’s 1-0 loss to the Colorado Rapids with a left leg injury.
