The LA Galaxy Champion Project soccer clinic series continued on Wednesday, January 29 at Ambler Avenue Elementary School.
Over 600 students spent the afternoon rotating through soccer drills with LA Galaxy Camps and Clinics coaches that tested their soccer skills and let them play with all their friends. Kindergarten to 5th-grade students were outfitted in LA Galaxy t-shirts and special guest appearances from LA Galaxy Star Squad and LA Galaxy mascot, Cozmo, created opportunities for students to celebrate their soccer programming day.
Soccer programming will continue at this elementary school as the LA Galaxy Champion Project donated 20-LA Galaxy soccer balls and 2 pop-up soccer nets to encourage and grow the game of soccer. The LA Galaxy will continue to partner with local elementary schools to provide soccer programming and opportunities to grow the game of soccer while promoting health, wellness and leadership development.
