CARSON, Calif. – The LA Galaxy did not play a game, but went up and down in several of the top MLS Power Rankings.
Sigi Schmid’s squad is presently 1-1-0 this season and were one of the only MLS sides on a bye last week. The Galaxy are reeling with injuries and absences heading into this weekend’s match with Vancouver Whitecaps FC.

"The Galaxy crept up a spot this week. But the dos Santos brothers are both hurt and Romain Alessandrini may or may not be healthy to face Vancouver. That doesn't sound promising, but maybe Sigi Schmid has been working some magic on the bye week."
