CARSON, Calif. (Monday, March 16, 2015) – The LA Galaxy have unveiled the commemorative match poster for the LA Galaxy vs. Houston Dynamo match this Sunday at StubHub Center (7:30 p.m. PT, Time Warner Cable SportsNet, Time Warner Cable Deportes). This is the second season of the Galaxy’s commemorative match poster series, an initiative in which the Galaxy work with local, national and international artists to design unique posters for each home match, with a limited supply available to benefit the LA Galaxy Foundation.
Designed by artist Cameron Lewis, the artwork is a reference to the original 1977 “Star Wars: A New Hope” movie poster. In place of Star Wars’ characters Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, C-3PO and R2-D2, the poster features LA Galaxy Head Coach Bruce Arena, forwards Robbie Keane and Gyasi Zardes and defenders Omar Gonzalez and A.J. DeLaGarza, with Keane holding an MLS Cup trophy in place of the series’ iconic lightsaber.

All of the proceeds from poster sales will go to the LA Galaxy Foundation. All commemorative match posters for the 2015 season will be available for purchase at www.lagalaxy.com/posters.
