Didier Drogba returned to training for the Montreal Impact on Wednesday, but his status for Saturday's match against the Galaxy remains in question.
The Ivorian forward missed the Impact's game last weekend due to a hip strain before departing to visit family in London. After Drogba's first training session on Wednesday, Montreal head coach Marco Bello says the 38-year-old's availability is still unclear.
"It's a slight strain in the hip, and he says it's better, and we will see how he reacts with training over the next day or two," Bello told reporters.
Drogba has four goals and three assists in seven appearances for the Impact this season.
