LA Galaxy defender Rolf Feltscher started as Venezuela fell 2-1 to Colombia at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami on Friday.
The Galaxy left back started the match on his familiar side of the defense and went 61 minutes for La Vinotinto.
Feltscher and the Venezuelans started the game on the front foot with a tally from Darwin Machis, but their lead soon crumbled. Colombian forward Radamel Falcao put his nation on the board in the 55th minute, before Yimmi Chara gave Colombia the win in the game's dying moments.
Venezuela will return to action on Sept. 11 when they take on Panama in Panama City.
